What a hard-hitting attack ad! And another, courtesy of Levarris:
Note that these do not contain the obligatory "I'm James 315, and I approve this message", so you know they were made by a Super PAC and not the official James 315 campaign. I can't control these people--I wish I could!--but until then, they can sling all the mud at my opponents at they like.
Finally, Levarris shows he's equally capable of cutting positive ads on my behalf:
Could this be a play for the "Red vs Blue" vote?

I'm sad that you missed these two:

"Wants to a trip to Iceland"???
ReplyDeleteDon't you just hate those kind of typos? Especially when they appear on some medium you cannot easily edit.
Delete( I do enough of them myself that I probably should not indulge in spelling/grammar flames. )
Here is another one, James.
ReplyDeleteAs CEO of the Highsec Family Crossroads Heritage Group, I can confirm that our action committee does not collaborate with the 315 campaign or the Savior of Highsec fiscally or conceptually. We don't even really chat.

I'd just like to extend a massive thank you to all minerbumping.com aficionados. I had never considered mining as it looked way too boring. However when I stumbled upon this site and upon reading through the various posts and comments, I started to ponder if I should start up a mining alt. I took the plunge 3 weeks ago and I now have a great afk income source! A couple of clicks every 10 mins is all that's needed. Brilliant! Looks like I'll be making around 8 to 9 mil ISK an hour for just a few clicks.
ReplyDeleteSo many thanks minerbumping.com. I never would have made a miner alt without you guys. I'm considering getting several accounts soon for multiple mining alts now that I can buy plex with ISK. <3 minerbumping.com xx
Thanks to you in return, for providing another example of how people can easily be persuaded to populate the bottom of the food chain. It's simple and rewarding.
DeleteIt sure is simple. But it's only rewarding in the required effort for ISK aspect. It's not rewarding in any other sense as far as I can tell. Mining is quite possibly the most boring activity in EvE. If it could not be done semi-afk, I would never do it. At least not as it is right now. CCP need to make mining more interesting and engaging.
DeleteThe more people at the bottom of the food chain thing. Isn't that what James wants? I'm sure he said something about needing more at the bottom so that everyone else has something to shoot. Something like that anyway (can't find it now).
Come on now, anon. Tell the truth. I know it's hard for a miner, but try.
DeleteYou were a asteroid-dependent mining hobo long before you had read this blog.
Sorry to disappoint you Agent Trask, but you're wrong. I mainly funded my pewpew through exploration which I used to enjoy but got a bit bored with it after a while. But the 100% truth is, minerbumping.com made afk mining sound soooo easy and profitable I thought I'd give it a bash. It's certainly not the ISK fountain that some say it is (unless I'm doing it wrong) but it is very low on player input. Even the required clicking for afk mining is tedious and boring, but it is easy and low risk ISK income. In a month or so I'll see how much I've made and will assess if I go for additional accounts for additional afk mining. If I can fund my existing 2 accounts and another 2 new ones, I'll be most chuffed!
DeleteLike I said, I <3 minerbumping.com!

So it's rewarding! But it's not quite rewarding enough, and CCP needs to make it more engaging! But it makes you most chuffed! etc etc.
You're bouncing back and forth from opposite and extreme viewpoints so fast that this thread should have a "caution: may cause whiplash" sign affixed to it. You also use way too many !!!!!!!!!111!!!!
I already said it was rewarding but you decided not to quote that bit. Please stop trying to distort stuff. There is nothing contradictory or "opposite and extreme" in what I've said. Here's the complete quote:
Delete"it's only rewarding in the required effort for ISK aspect. It's not rewarding in any other sense as far as I can tell."
I believe the correct term for your dishonest way of arguing is "quote mining". Haha! You're a miner too audrik!!!!
