I think you know how this goes by now, so let's get right to the kills. The week being featured consists of the stretch of days from June 2nd @ 00:00 EVEtime through June 8th @ 23:59 EVEtime.
Extraordinary. Eva Alanowa lost an Orca worth 1.2 billion isk. She couldn't spare 10 million isk for a permit--nor could she spare any isk for a sensor booster script. To be fair, maybe she preferred not to use a script. That is her right. But a mining permit is mandatory in highsec. Agents Ziaeon, John E Normus, PinkOboe, Dante Lobos, NotTheSmartestCookie, xxBLACK SKULLxx 929, Lady Geesica Marstolt, D400, and Zane Arnolles proved it. (To reach a total of 1.2 billion, the Orca had a Noctis, a Navy Caracal, and over 300 million isk worth of tech II salvaging rigs in its cargo.)
freak fantom and his decadent Gistii shield boosters were spotted and scanned by Agent Fawn Tailor long before this kill took place. When the time was right, Agents John E Normus, Dante Lobos, and Ziaeon made known their displeasure with freak fantom. Remember, kids: Even if an Agent sees you, you may as well give up. There's no statute of limitations on the Code.
Poor freak. After the Mackinaw was destroyed, Dante Lobos popped the pod, worth 1.7 billion isk. All of that waiting paid off!
Want a bonus Orca? Of course you do. Frost Harvester's Orca was eviscerated by Agents John E Normus, Ziaeon, Dante Lobos, Pestario Vargas, Manny Moons, Lenda Shinhwa, Ailish Liu, and D400. This took place in full view of the other miners in the system:
Don't be so surprised, miners. Every Code violator in highsec is at risk of annihilation. Put your faith in the Code, not in your EHP.
And for a bonus bonus Orca kill, you can rest your gaze upon Kleenecu's 900 million isk Orca, which did not survive its encounter with Agents Ziaeon, xxBLACK SKULLxx 929, John E Normus, Fawn Tailor, PinkOboe, NotTheSmartestCookie, Dante Lobos, D400, and Zane Arnolles.
So much death and destruction. It's a dirty business, but until we achieve our goal of 100% compliance, the killing spree will continue. Do yourself a favor and get right with the Order. Our friendly Agents are standing by, eagerly awaiting your isk and pledges of loyalty.
'Put your faith in the Code, not in your EHP.'
ReplyDeleteAlthough James315 put a lot of faith in his ehp (Invincible Stabber). Such lack of faith in the code is indeed alarming.
Oh stop it troll. When will you just accept James as your saviour?
DeleteAccept the Code into your heart. Perhaps if your faith is as strong as his, you can also someday ascend to a higher plane of existence.
So what is it then tank your ship like James315 or let the code protect you? And this is not a troll it is a valid question as all of the killmails were poorly tanked and the advice given by James315 is just wrong. Paying the 10 million isk does not mean you won't be ganked but there will always be some people who might be deceived.
DeleteHitler reference! Everyone check off your miner bingo cards!
DeleteFree clue, Bobbins: pixel violence in a video game does not equal Nazi Germany declaring war.
He was probably being ironic, as that Orca had shit for EHP. Which you'd know, if you actually had an active EVE account.
DeleteBobbins, Bobins and Bobbing...so much bobbin'!
DeleteBTW, James 315 is not tanking against the New Order forces, as he is the Father of the New Order. This accusation is logically invalid.
@Agent Trask
DeleteNo Hitler reference intended. The Chamberlain reference was intended is a well known argument against appeasement (the 10million isk in this case). I am sorry you mislead your fellow agents and I think your reference to 'declaring war' is wrong too as the Munich treaty was meant to avoid the war (you are probably thinking of the invasion of Poland but I assume you are American so I forgive you.).
Chamberlain was correct to appease. Churchill's zest for combat led Britain into both World Wars in a disadvantageous position and ruined England's economic prospects more-or-less permanently. England should have allied with Germany, let Germany take massive casualties invading Russia, and turned on a weakened Germany afterwards. That said, your contention that you're not referring to Hitler here doesn't live up to your normal poor trolling.
DeleteJust how exactly would Britian know Germany was going to invade Russia? The Soviet Union had signed a treaty with Germany hadn't they?
DeleteSo, your argument against relying on treaties to stop wars relies on looking back and analyzing events from the viewpoint that treaties stop wars? Nice.
Delete@BobbinsHasAnEcho
DeleteBoth treaties turned out to be worthless bits of paper just like a mining permit really. So what I must be saying is that buying a permit from the New Order (@Agent Trask- Who are not Nazis) is a complete waste of isk.
But a mining permit has never been broken by the New Order like those treaties were, so when you say "just like", you reveal that you are just making up random nonsense...as usual.
Delete@BobbinsHasAnEcho
DeleteThe original point was about appeasement of the New Order (@Agent Trask- Who are not Nazis). Btw I like the name.
Now that you've been proved wrong, you're restating your original point so that everyone can see exactly what you're wrong about...considerate of you.
DeleteNot really correct.
DeletePaying your 10m ISK will get you exactly what you pay for, 1 year of code complaint mining, free of enforcement efforts by the New Order.
James315 simply expects miners to comply to the Code. Nothing more. There will be no betrayal with the New Order. If you are compliant, we welcome you.
As for your comment about history, and Americans, don't make assumptions. You would be surprised at how much I know about the subject.
Bobbingfortrolls: The attitude that the leaders of France and England had at the time was more along the lines of "let's wait for Hitler and Stalin to betray each other and hope both lose".
England and France entered into their treaty with Poland only after FDR assured them ( a lie, as it turned out ) that the US would enter the war immediately if war were declared upon them.
( source: Freedom Betrayed: Herbert Hoover's Secret History of the Second World War and Its Aftermath. Hoover had discussed this issue with both Churchill and the French after the war )
@Agent Trask: "The attitude that the leaders of France and England had at the time was more along the lines of "let's wait for Hitler and Stalin to betray each other and hope both lose"."
Delete'The leaders of France and Britain'--are you referring to the chief executive officers of each country, or to all men in leadership positions who ended up making influential decisions in that time period? Talking about history as if these countries were ruled by absolute dictators is an amusing way to mislead children, but it's no way for adults to discuss history.
"England and France entered into their treaty with Poland only after FDR assured them ( a lie, as it turned out ) that the US would enter the war immediately if war were declared upon them."
Yes, that's well known--what's your point?
@Agent Trask
DeletePlease stop referring to Britain as England plz.
@Bobbins
Deleteidentify yourself as your EVE pilot instead of Bobbins, and I think he might then consider your request.
So, is England still claiming to govern Scotland?
DeleteI think all that's left right now is England, Northern Ireland, and a bunch of small islands.
Britain and Great Britain are historically correct for discussions about earlier times, so I will take your advice and use them when discussing WWII and such.
Bobbing for trolls: Don't be deliberately dense. We are all aware of how the governments involved at the time were generally organized.
DeleteIf you are that curious, buy or borrow Hoover's book and do your research.
Chamberlain was the primary author of the Polish Guarantee, with the French getting on board after he proposed it and after FDR's continued assurances of American intervention. Churchill also endorsed it at that time, although later admitted it was a great blunder.
"Don't be deliberately dense. We are all aware of how the governments involved at the time were generally organized."
Deleteuseless ad hominem
"If you are that curious, buy or borrow Hoover's book and do your research."
another useless ad hominem
"Chamberlain was the primary author of the Polish Guarantee, with the French getting on board after he proposed it and after FDR's continued assurances of American intervention. Churchill also endorsed it at that time, although later admitted it was a great blunder."
Don't be deliberately dense. We are all aware of these facts.
Its plain and simple greed to not put a DCII in your Orca.
ReplyDeleteIts plain and simple stupidity to not endorse James315, buy a mining permit and support the cause.
Combine those two and you get a great combination...for 1bil killmails..XD
Dont worry about who will gank you if you DO buy a permit, worry about who WILL gank you, if you DONT.
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, be happy.
