EVE players and blog readers, rejoice! In just under a year, MinerBumping has received one million hits. It's an extraordinary achievement; you should all be very proud of yourselves for repeatedly loading this website and reading the stuff that I post here. You know, I think it says a lot about the EVE community that MinerBumping is one of the most popular EVE blogs of all time. It speaks volumes about the priorities and values shared by the people who make up the EVE playerbase.
If I had to posit an explanation for our success here at MinerBumping, I think it would be that there's a real hunger out there for truth. In a world where everything is poll-tested and focus-grouped, people just want something that's real, authentic, genuine. As for me, I just tell it like it is and let the chips fall where they may. I'll tell you one thing, having an "honesty" policy sure makes my job a whole lot easier.
May the next million hits be every bit as meaningful as the first million!
