Agent Kalorned, whose adventures and victories are too many to name, is hosting his very own AMA (Ask Me Anything) on Reddit this Sunday. It will appear in the r/Eve subreddit.

I will be hosting a Reddit AMA in R/EVE wherein anyone interseted can ask about myself, CODE alliance, or The New Order in general. It will take place on Sunday at 21:00 EVE (16:00 CDT).
What an opportunity! But be warned, dear reader: The EVE subreddit, like the playerbase itself, is comprised primarily of highsec carebears. Many are bitter and resentful about having been ganked in the past. You can identify these sorry souls by their tears, which usually come with a disclaimer such as, "I'm not a carebear and I've never been ganked by the New Order. In fact my corp drove the gankers out of our system by decloaking a bunch of battleships, and then everyone applauded. They have no power or influence in the game, and affect no one. They're destroying the game and CCP should ban them before everyone quits."
This promises to be a lovely event.

This will not be tolerated to the extent it was in the Ancient and Barren Galaxy New Eden, where innocent woman, children, and Chihuahuas were slaughtered. The greedy miners, and even greedier traders turned a blind eye until destruction fell on them as they slumbered stupidly in an AFK state.
War has been declared, the use of force has been authorized, and these orders will not rescind until the name and ideology of Code becomes as forsaken as the system New Eden.

I will be there, though I think I'm actually shadowbanned from /r/eve for disseminating factual information about The Code. Such is the burden of an Agent and martyr in a world of cowards.
ReplyDeleteActually, Reddit has almost no high-sec players. It's p.much all null-sec sov people, plus TISHU. About once every two weeks, someone comes into the sub and asks "What's CODE?" The response is always "role-players" and the topic dies without getting more than four or five up-votes.

Sure enough, "role players" came up almost immediately and the AMA was neg-repped into oblivion.
DeleteAmusingly, then some CODE dude started complaining that Redditors weren't following their own rules. Then he deleted all his own posts in a snit. We might need a CODE Reddit Bingo card.
