In video game culture, it's common to hear talk about "owning" one's enemies. Similar sentiments are expressed with words like "pwn", "pwnz0rs", and the like. The Agents of the New Order do, indeed, dominate their opponents by using their elite PvP skills. But the New Order owns highsec in a different way: By purchasing New Order stock, our supporters literally have ownership of highsec and its future. Highsec is in good hands.
