The Best Revenge, Part 64

Previously, on MinerBumping... aiva naali aka FighterJets GuitarSolo 1000Years had big plans for the future. To achieve his goal of total dominion over nullsec, aiva decided to enlist the aid of Sort Dragon, one of the most notorious figures in nullsec.

Key members of aiva's council managed to make contact with Sort Dragon. They carefully broached the subject of aiva's proposed partnership.

So far, so good. aiva's council was optimistic. But when it comes to Sort Dragon, alliances are as easily broken as they are made.

aiva was delighted to learn that Sort Dragon could be called upon to assist with Operation Devil's Night.

Of course, aiva could not speak with Sort Dragon directly. The Imperium's much-vaunted Corps Diplomatique were very territorial about that kind of thing.

While preparations for Devil's Night were being made, aiva went into full miner mode. It was time for him to start refilling his wallet.

As usual, aiva was furiously multitasking. In addition to mining, aiva was still engaged in his old PLEX market manipulation scheme. He still had high hopes for controlling the PLEX market, but mining in highsec was necessary for aiva to maintain sufficient liquidity.

aiva's council reminded him that he could acquire more ore if he recruited someone--anyone--to his highsec mining corporation.

While operating under his FighterJets cover identity, aiva finally managed to locate a potential recruit.

THE DOOM KNIGHT > and i want a mining corp
THE DOOM KNIGHT > like i dwnna ninja gas harvisting anymore

The potential recruit was a newly minted character with a lot of basic questions about the game. And aiva had all the answers.

The rookie wasn't ready to spend money on an EVE subscription. Which was fine, because aiva had a proposal for him:
